It has been over 4 years since we have received a new album from Usher, but have no fear! With the release of another single ‘Crash,’ Usher is prepping us for his eighth studio album, ‘Flawed,’ rumored to debut some time soon in July of this year.
‘Crash’ is a soothing, feel good song that serves as a follow-up single to ‘No Limit (feat. Young Thug).’ The harmonious tune details what it feels like to be unable to let go of the love for a significant other. Heartbreak and failing relationships are nothing to play with, and this song goes though the motions all too well. The impeccable songwriting, melodies, and production enhances the quality and message in the song, making for a very dynamic piece that could easily headline ‘Flawed.” View some of the song lyrics below:
‘Would you mind if I still loved you?
Would you mind if things don’t last?
Would you mind if I hold onto
You so that I won’t crash?”
The song already has over 50 fans raving about it on Apple Music. In the tweet announcing the single’s release, Usher mentioned that he plans to continue dropping new music.
