With members nationwide, the main objective of Full Impact is to provide real world marketing & promotions experience for Chicago’s youth, unite DJ's across the country, help launch careers from DJs to artists, and bring the versatility of music into one union.
Smallz is also very active in the community. DJ Jamal Smallz launched the Jamal Smallz Custom Car & Bike Show in support of Dime Child Foundation’s initiatives and continues this fundraiser every year. During the year, he travels to different High Schools to talk to students about the importance of college and how his job as a successful DJ requires an extensive education. DJ Jamal Smallz also created a radio broadcast program for teens with the desire to break into radio or just to stay active in an after school program. The program prepares the students in every position of a radio broadcast career and is supported by a host of federal agencies, foundations, and private donors.
