Lil Wayne being sued by fan after skateboard attack

Skateboards can be really dangerous, well at least that's what one of Lil Wayne's fans is saying. Alfredo Marino claims one of Weezy's goons grabbed a skateboard and bashed him in the head with it back in May 2012! He says the incident happened after he spotted Wayne on the streets of L.A. last year and tried to take a photo. Marino claims he suffered a severe injury to his dome from the incident and is pointing the finger at Lil Wayne and his record label because he believes they were responsible for enabling the attacker.
