Gary wit da tea reported that Chris Brown & Rihanna will be making a statement soon confirming their relationship. But that confirmation may not be needed because they were boo-ed up Saturday night at Chris Brown's launch party for his "Qubeey" site. They were seen kissing and hugging in VIP.
