TMZ reports confidentiality clause in nick and mariah's prenup agreement. Somebody's keeping secrets!!! Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon have a prenup with a confidentiality clause ... and if she blabs out of school she gets socked for twice what he'd have to pay if he violates it.
Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... if Nick violates the confidentiality clause he has to pay her a $250,000 penalty, but if she spills the beans she has to pay him $500K.
And the prenup makes it clear ... Mariah came into the marriage with a boatload of money ... Nick, not so much.
WASHINGTON -- District of Columbia police say CBS basketball analyst and former NBA player Greg Anthony has been arrested and charged with soliciting a prostitute.
Lt. Kelvin Cusick tells The Associated Press that Anthony was arrested at 5:46 p.m. on Friday. He said Saturday that Anthony faces a misdemeanor solicitation charge that's punishable by up to 180 days in jail.
Cusick says the 47-year-old Anthony was released Friday evening.
Anthony has been suspended indefinitely by CBS following his arrest. A CBS spokeswoman says, "Greg Anthony will not be working again for CBS this season."(Click Here For Full Story)

TMZ Reports- Yung Berg has been 86's from "Love and Hip Hop Hollywood" ... after he allegedly left his girlfriend cut and bruised from a violent, hotel room fight.
VH1 made the quick decision based on the severity of the allegations.
As we previously reported ... Berg and his girlfriend Masika Tucker got into it after he filmed the L.A.H.H.H. reunion special. We're told the fight was over Berg's credit card being declined during a night out on the town.
His girlfriend told cops the rapper hit her and dragged her around by the hair and grabbed her by the neck -- and on Wednesday he was arrestedfor obstruction of breathing.
